We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at landyaltair@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us, because returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
