Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Our products ship from partner warehouses, mostly overseas. After processing, delivery usually takes 8–15 business days. During holidays, peak season, or customs delays it can take longer. We'd rather be honest up front than promise speed we can't control.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start showing updates, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
Multiple packages
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Late or missing packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at landyaltair@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only change it before the order ships.
