How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 8–15 business days within the US. Holidays and peak season can add a few days. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We only ship to US addresses.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
Our products ship from different partner warehouses, so multi-item orders sometimes arrive separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Details are in our Returns & Refunds page.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
You'll see all available payment options at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and we never see your full card details.
What are the products made of?
Each product page lists its materials and size. If you need more detail before buying, just ask us.
